I've been looking for an old ad that I used to see in the magazines I had access to around the 386 / early 486 era. I would've been reading PC World, a little bit of PC Computing, and Computer Shopper (back when it weighed a brick).

The ad had two laptops side-by-side with MS Paint open to show the new fancy color LCD. I can't remember for sure if it was comparing Brand A's color VGA to Brand B's B&W, or just two different color screens (maybe active vs. passive?) I'm reasonably sure one of the two brands was Toshiba, though I don't remember if it was the hero or villain in the ad.

Is this familiar at all?
