First I tested this motherboard with my Leadtek GeForce4 Ti 4200, and it booted normally. After several reboots, the machine never booted up again. I swapped the graphics card with a Radeon 9550 and it worked again. But at this time if I use any NVIDIA graphics card it won't boot. It would only works with a Radeon card. I don't know what caused this issue and how to fix.

Intel Pentium E5300, ASUS P5KPL-AM SE, 2GB DDR2 800, ATI Radeon X300 SE, Creative Sound Blaster PCI 128 CT5807

That is weird.
Have you tried to reset the CMOS (a.k.a clear the Bios)?
