I have this card inbound any day now and after googling i have found drivers for the "standard" adapter (http://ibm-pc.org/drivers/memory/memory.htm) but i wonder if those drivers will also work for the "plus" version of this card?

What is the difference between non-plus and plus btw?

I am also currently trying to get a Rampat running:
Acculogic RAMpAT! - Anybody with a working card here?

Can you post a picture of the plus? Do you also have this Dallas-Chip?

Hi,

Dont physically have it yet but this is the actual card (from the Ebay auction)

There should also be a battery under it?
I would try the non-plus drivers first...

Do you tell us what you paid? Didnt find the auction 😉

Idk if it is battery backed ( but it most probably is ). I did the Dallas hacking on my ps/2 model 30 286 last weekend and it went well, but this seems to be a different beast. It looks socketed at least so perhaps some replacement can be found if needed?

The seller had it out for 90 Eur, but i made an offer for 70 and he accepted. I probably overpaid for it but i really wanted it.

So the card arrived today and i popped it in and started the model 30/286. It immediately counted past my base ram up to 4600 (something) KB so it does recognize the additional memory. No drivers was used, it simply worked first time.
