So I build this 386 pc from parts that found on the attic left and right. All good however I have no clue how to connect the power-led, speaker and reset button ... nothing to dramatic but every time when I will power-up this thing something in the back of my head will say "hey, there's those wires that aren't connected on the inside" ...

Someone has a clue ? It says "PAT3XPL v1.10" .

Uhh ...I cannot see the panel connectors that are probably on the bottom left side of the first photo which your camera cut off...
From Google get this dual 10pin connector, is that the same ?
edit: removed bad link

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

Manufacturer is TMC Research Corporation
Model PAT3XPL

I think this model will be similar enough for wiring https://stason.org/TULARC/pc/motherboards/T/T … 6-PAT38XPL.html

I think you are correct !
