Dosbox 0.74-3 won't create a dosbox.conf file on Mac OS X Catalina 10.15.4 and reset default settings every time
How can i solve that issue?

as per the readme, it is found in ~/library/preferences/ under the name "DOSBox 0.74-3 Preferences". But best grab the newer version for macOS which is 0.74-3-1 (and the config is called "DOSBox 0.74-3-1 Preferences" but I forgot to change that in the Readme).
Soon there is gonna be an updated version called 0.74-3-2 because the SDL guys fixed a bug that should really go into the release version.
