I don't see a forum for board issues so I hope this place works.

In this site's PM system, how do the 'Outbox' and 'Sent' folders work? In normal messaging systems, 'Outbox' is for messages that have been completed but for some reason have not been successfully delivered yet. I have three messages I wrote, and all three are in Outbox. It's unclear to me if a system issue is preventing them from going out, or if this site's messaging system is just a little weird and 'Outbox' means something like 'the recipient hasn't read it yet'
