Check that you mounted the directory correctly
Check that your PATH variable is correct if you want to use it.
Check your batch files and verify that the files can be accessed where the batch file expects them to be.

@DosFreak, Thanks for your valuable input. I tried all the things you posted here but no luck. I am getting same errors after copying all files and binary, header in a folder directly.
