Anyone know if any such motherboard exists? I currently have to switch a lot between testing boards when dealing with both ISA and different spec AGP cards so would be nice to just have one system for all..
There are plenty... Look for a socket 462 or socket 370 Motherboard with a Via chipset.
I imagine they are very common in later s370 builds. And most newer agp cards were still keyed for 3.3v meaning they will still work in older boards,

It only lists s370 boards with ISA (so no sA or some industrial boards), so it's not complete for what you're looking for. But it might be a good start to get you going 😀
My Abit KT7A-RAID socket A board has a isa slot and a universal agp slot. It's a great board
My P3C-E has an isa slot and a universal AGP slot.
I also have a 1400mhz Tualatin P3 in it.
Not sure if AL440LX is universal AGP or not?

There are a lot of Slot-A and early Socket-A (KT133) cards that fulfill these criteria.

Do keep in mind that some chipsets support AGP 4x, but the AGP slots are not actual universal AGP slots (like for instance on some of the earlier Intel Pentium 4 chipsetted boards).
