I played through the first 4 levels of this, saving each time. When I go to 'Load Game', the list is empty.
According to PCGamingWiki, the save location is:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\VirtualStore\MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\n-Space\DHT2\Save Games
And when I check there, the attached is what I see (so clearly saves are being created).
Can anyone help?

Registry virtualization is sometimes a bit of a mess. Try running the game as admin and creating new saves.
If you want to read the existing saves, try copying them to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\n-Space\DHT2\Save Games" and run the game as admin.

Copying those registry entries into HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\n-Space\DHT2 does work, and the game is then able to see those saves.
