I have four different Banshee cards but this one is strange in that it has a JP1 jumper block that I have no idea what it does:

The card came jumpered as shown, does anyone know what that jumper does?

VMI_DATA4 - VGA OR MULTIMEDIA PCI DEVICE CLASS
1 = PCI MULTIMEDIA DEVICE
0 = PCI VGA DEVICE TYPE
Note: R25, R26 & JP1 are only intended for 3DFX engineering use. Production designs should only stuff R2, VGA configuration.
That's (both this text and jumper block) direct copy-paste from reference design. Same goes to J2, which is fan connector.
BTW I'm wondering why PCI Banshees have only one voltage regulator, not two - the second should be for 2.5V core supply.
