Hmmm never been fond of cpu's on expansion cards but looks like a nice project (assuming you can find a proper case and PSU <many servers use a specialized PSU with specific connectors to the board>)
Right-click image and save or save-as, being off Ebay they will all be same named so you need to rename the image.
Being EISA and PCI it could be a challange or very easy to set up, most anything with EISA requires the config files even if you do not use EISA cards...

Ok my bad. In the bottom of a Post there is a "full Editor" button left side, click on that and then an "Attachments" drop down should show on left side. Click it and it should have a "+ Add files". One thing: they are posted in opposite order, so if more than one: add the last pic first, next pic, first pic, etc. They should be less than 1MB file size and no more than 3 attachments per post (from what I was told when I first joined before the forum upgrade). Hope that helps..

What does the front panel looks like? I'm searching for a way to power this on via a power button? Couldn't find images of the server chassis images.

I was able to locate correct power supply for this board. by few steps of cross searches using a defunct website for part number.

My last problem is lack of information is power. How does these xtended xpress servers is switched on? Push button or rocker switch to turn on and off? Where does the power button or switch plugs into where? The power supply does not have the power switch attached.

If it is like the NEC ProServa's it is a Push-on Push off micro switch connected to the motherboard like a Turbo button switch (sort of an early implimentation of ATX type turn on but not momentary contact)

Holy Grail is found, kinda! But service manual what I need the MOST.

PS: Power supply does have nylon 3x4 barrel pins connector mounted on the power supply casing but function unknown. The PSU does not have harness for switch and PSU voltages does not have stand by voltage. This confirms because had ohm-ed the power connectors on the motherboard's, none of 6 power connectors has power on signal except one connector, looks like a fan connector but only 2 wires used as I found the power supply pictures. 5V, 12V and 3.3V, -5V and -12V. That is it from the ebay picture of the power supply.

That 2 wires I have to ohm the motherboard to know what function are. I have feeling that one wire is ground, and purple wire is something to do with power control but not sure. The user manual stated that one of the status lights is "Power" to say computer is on.

NEC ProServa PH133 is correct one that I was able to get user manual and that answered some of my questions regarding power button but no repair service manual yet. I did find service manual in google but link is broken. Anyone able to find the service manual?

Mr Slug, You are welcome, Full capacity is 768MB using 24 x 32MB FPM SIMMs across two memory risers, one bank is 4 72pin SIMMs as opposed to two on regular pentium machines. Due to early chipset, I think does not support EDO.

I'm still looking for wiring to power control the motherboard like on simple Intel Xtended Xpress chassis that is shown in recycledgoods. Does not justify purchasing about 500 total shipped from recycledgoods.
