That 2000 040 Over the Top accelerator is awesome, how much did you pay for the whole thing, or a ball park figure I'm trying to figure out how much of an awesome deal you got...That accelerator alone could get you 750$ or more easy.

One board you've not listed among non-Amiga keepers or Amiga stuff is intriguing me, the second from bottom on the left with those two black connectors on it. It almost looks like SBus - but the board doesn't look like any Sun Sparcstation I'm familiar with...

that one intruiged me too at first, but I couldn't identify what it is exactly?

See picture for the board in question - nothing special.

Price? If you would know you would start to cry 😉 It was really cheap because Imi didnt bid on it...

it looks like the one cpu card from the last lot fits on there, still don't know what it is though ^^

There is the label "PHYTEC" 1220.3 on it

Might have been interesting, but not in the partly crushed state it's in now. Unlike the A2000, I don't see anyone putting the time and effort in here to resurrect it.

Whats going on with the board in the bottom right corner? Are those memory slots placed diagonal?

PS: That's a nice 386 board.

386DX https://www.ultimateretro.net/motherboards/5265 (unknown manufacturer but looks like FIC)
GA-686LX https://www.ultimateretro.net/motherboards/2772
Dell motherboards : must be one of these https://www.ultimateretro.net/motherboards/1640 https://www.ultimateretro.net/motherboards/5893

I can't quite identify the pentium board because it's too generic.

Edit : now I see something between the two middle PCI slots. I read "5D-something rev 1.21"
This sounds like Zida, but I can't find anything from them with a intel triton chipset ...

Edit 2 :
Evasive found the manual for the Zida 5DIL, so I created a page for this board https://www.ultimateretro.net/motherboards/6254
Feel free to help us to complete it 😀

I'm certain I've seen that model of motherboard in person before, I'd say it's a P4 board that was used in either HP or Compaq machines.

Some of the parts I got recently. The Audigy SB0240 was supposed to be a full SB0350 as pictured on ebay, so got a refund for that and have kept the card.
The Midiman and Aztech 4dwave will be interesting to play around with, especially with the wavetable headers as well.

I bought this scrap lot for $90 shipped. Kinda risky at the price, but there's a BFG 7900GS OC in that lot and that's worth $200 or so alone if it works. The seller didn't have any other desktop PC parts listed so that lends some possibility of truth to these being untested as you would need a PC with a fairly beefy PSU to test most of those. They seem to deal in surplus. I actually have a non-functional 7900GS that came from a similar lot that had about 3 working cards out of 8.......

Multiple extremely failure prone GeForce 8000 series cards
An extremely failure prone 7900GS
multiple failure prone Radeon cards.
This totally hasn't bitten my ass before....

Something tells me this lot of cards came from a PC store that shut down, and these were dead pulls.

Why did I talk myself into this again? YOLO. Me need 7900GS AGP.

Did same way, but bought lot of 4 8800 GTX cards 2 years ago, and rebuilt two out of these, not had chance to load it down with a game yet.

Cheers,

Cheers,

8800GTXs are the best of the 8 series for reliability, I accredit this to their larger die size dispersing heat better. My experience with GeForce 8s is that if they post, they normally work under game load. This is complete opposite of the GeForce7 series that almost always post for me, but have a fair chance of quitting on you after about 10 minutes of gaming. I usually hit Geforce 7000 series cards with 5 passes through 3DMark06 for testing.

That looks like a 7800GS OC to me. I've got 2 of them. I could have had a 3rd one years ago but passed on it when I was buying parts from a recycler.... would have been only $5... Doh!

What is the PCI Midiman card? What does it do? Is it useful for gaming?

It's a CS4614 based card with a CS4297 AC97 codec .
It's games compatibility will likely be similar to the CS4630 based Turtle Beach Santa Cruz, at best (CS4624 is essentially a CS4614 with digital IO and the CS4630 is a CS4624 with more processing power)
It re-samples everything to 48KHz courtesy of the AC97 codec .
