Such a thing does actually exist, but I cannot speak to its usability. The classic XT option would be using a parallel port ZIP drive, but that is unreliable and means more wires and bulk.
Zip drive is not available since unidirectional LPT. I tried my best, but no luck.
Card is kinda available if you solder, which I don't.
Wondering if anything else out there.
