I stand partially corrected. Bethesda own Id sofware which has several Apogee titles in it, however Apogee itself seems to be 3D realms, which has purchased various ID software IPs over the years.
Either way, with the potential legal limbo possibly about to appear, it's worth taking 10 minutes to dump the files for safety.

You know Apogee only *published* Keen/Wolf3d in 1991/1992, right? They were subsequently published by FormGen, GT, activision, etc. Apogee/ID were rivals since 1993. On the other hand, this.
