but windows is very small
i put in dosbox *3 window
game start with good size, but each time i play on the general map, it goes to small size

I don't see anything out of ordinary. Maybe someone who has played this game may know what's wrong.
If enlarging the window is what you want, try changing the following lines in the dosbox.conf text file:
windowresolution=640x480 {or any other res.}
output=overlay {or ddraw or opengl. Check yourself what's best}
