Somebody can tell me the value of R61 please?
I suspect this is the reason why the board is dead 🙁

His torn off resistor, next to it is 220 ohm resistor, while yours are 100 Ohms resistors. Revisions do matter.

My board is revision 1.2
I soldered a 200 ohm resistor and the board is now working

Note that 100 and 220 mean 10 and 22 ohm respectively. (220 ohm would be marked 221).

Oops. Forgot that. Yeah 22 ohms or 10 ohms are pretty low resistance. Enjoy!
