Mobil1 Rally Championship 2000 work very well with dgVoodoo but to perfection its need FSP limiter
Too many fps causing bug in this game and making sound desynchronization.
I dont saw in dgVoodoo option to select frame rates
Maybe someone have solve to this issue?
You have to force a 60hz refresh rate in dgVoodoo2
in directx where you see unforced add ", 60hz" without quotes (remember to enable "Enumerate refresh rates" in General); this will fix also some crashes in some tracks; if necessary use a cap to 30 fps with nvidia or amd (your card) driver
remember also to enable v-sync in-game (or in dgVoodoo2 if is not included in-game)
some sounds bug can be fixed only with 1 core
I made as you said but im not sure its working
FPS oscillating around 60, but sometimes its flying over to 64
I tried to use a lower value ", 50hz" but it doesnt work
Use Riva Tuner Statistics Server to limit framerate, I never had issues with it and I also used it for this game last time I played it.
