Back in the day, somewhere around 97-2001, the Today Show had this segment where these people from a software company presented a game for kids that was intended to intimidate them from trying to drive a car. You can see stuff moving around outside from the driver's seat, but it's intentionally impossible to drive it.

Was this game actually released? Do any of you remember what it is called?
