Is there a difference from the software point of view(assigned APIC IDs at CPU reset) when comparing a setup of 2 or more single-core processors on a board against one dual-core processor?
What ID do APIC IDs start as? What is the lowest Local APIC ID assigned to a Local APIC during RESET?
