Hi dudes

Just discovered DosBox (which made me spend two days in a row at home playing oldies) ; i've got a problem with the installation of Space Quest 6.

I mount the C and D drives, launch the installer, and then get an error ("error creating configuration file") message.

Do you have any idea of what i should do ?

Thanks in advance !

Two suggestions-
First make sure your cd-drive is mounted with the option of '-t cdrom'.
Because the installer for the sierra games works as well to configure the installed game on the hard drive. If the install is ran from a place that it does not think is a cd, it will assume it has already been installed and try to configure the read-only cd.
Second make sure you have read/write permission to where you plan to install the game.

Thanks a lot, friend. It worked with the -t trick.
I've always been a Macuser, not really into dos tricks ; i must be mad 😉
