New here but not new to DOSbox (yes, I've read the README and know enough basic commands to run games and fiddle with a few settings, and have gleefully for many months now). I'm completely thrown as to why my old Sierra games won't run anymore. Whenever I try to run the .bat file for a game, I receive an error message. Here's a rundown of what I'm doing and what happens:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Z:\> mount c c:\dosgames (where all my old games are stored)
Drive C is mounted as local directory c:\dosgames\

Z:\> c:

C:\>freddy\fpfp.bat (to run Freddy Pharkas, for example)

C:\>echo off
Illegal command: sierra.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

I've also tried running the sierra.exe files, voila:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------
C:\>freddy\sierra.exe

Can't find INTERP.ERRCan't find INTERP.ERR
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

When I initially load DOSbox, I get:

Z:\> SET BLASTER=A220 I7 D1 H5 T6

Z:\> SET ULTRASND=240,3,3,5,5

Z:\> SET ULTRADIR=C:\ULTRASND

I don't seem to remember this setup when I first started using it and, please pardon me, but my inner geek is still learning this stuff. It's Greek to me.

By the way, I just installed the recently-released Leisure Suit Larry Collection, which, as y'all know, runs on DOSBox. I tried running a non-Larry game on DOSBox after I installed the collection, and it worked fine - until yesterday. I've even uninstalled DOSBox and have tried both 0.63 and 0.65 and oh, sweet nothing. I've scrounged through the forums, read the README again, etcetera, et al, and weirdness abounds still. Help?
