I've played Elite 2 for a while now. A couple years. But for some reason the mouse is now overshooting, and if I move it to fast it will go the opposite direction I want it to. Anybody know how to fix this?

Is it a ball mouse or optical mouse?

If it's a ball mouse make sure the rollers are clean and the sensors aren't blocked by hair and dust.
