Hello all.

Let me start by saying that I really appreciate all the hard work you put into DOSbox. I even bought an old DOS game that is still for sale (Mystic Towers) to play on it.

Now to my problem with F117...

Here are my system specs:

Intel motherboard
Intel 1ghz processor
512 RAM
ATI Rage Fury Pro Video board (64K RAM?)
Sound Blaster 16 pci
Mandrake Linux 9.1 /w 2.4.21-0.13mdk kernel

No matter what I put in the [sblaster] section I still have problems with the sound shutting off at times. I have to pause the game and restart it to get it working again. Sometimes I get a quick chirp sound. I tried the opl2, dualopl2 and opl3 oplmode types.

The strange thing is that the sound in DOSBox version 0.61 works perfectly (but the graphics are distored). This game is reported to work perfectly in 0.65 so I must have something set wrong.

Any ideas what I could try?
