I bough an Aopen cd-952b shows up in device Manager and if I right click the d drive and select eject it'll eject but will not read cd, also it makes a slight noise then stops. I tried changing jumpers, reseating IDE Cable and Power cables on it, the text under the d drive icon does not change like it should If I insert drive and if I double click it it says not accessible or drive not ready. Getting frustrated though I only paid 20 bucks for it. I also tried deleting the ide drivers and cd drive out of device manager and restarting and is there anything else I could try before I give up on it?
