Turbo mode on to run at 486 dx mode or off for 386... No diffrence.
Liero in dos seems to run sluggish.. Movement, shooting, aiming etc feels like slow motion.

This game came out in 1998. A 486 isn't going to cut it.

The README says

That said, I have not tried it . It seems to be freeware, AFAICT .
