Hi! My brother always tells me about a NES game he liked and remembers, but I really can't. I wonder if you guys can help me identify it. He says it's a side-scroller from right to left. The character is a guy in blue who's collecting stars that give him powerups or skills. Once he gets all stars, his shirt breaks off. Also, there are skinheads. The character kills the enemies by kicking and punching. When enemies die, they appear to "have seizures" and then break in two. Really strange description, but that's what he told me and I'm surprised I can't remember the game. Hope you can tell me what its name is. Thank you in advance!!
