I have an SB16 CT2290 and is supposed to be a mostly silent card but there is a constant, yet random clicking on both channels on mine unless I mute MIDI out.

Why could this be? Just general buggy MPU shenanigans, or possibly something wrong with it such as dying electrolytics? Any pointers as to which caps or ICs I should check would be great.
