So the "Unconscious reason for retro computing" thread got me thinking about the good ole' days of the 1990's and I remember my old friend up the street - John, got this game around 1994 or 1995 - maybe it was a game, it could have just been some kind of "kiddie archetecture" software or something. I am not 100% sure what it was.

Basically you had a menu you could grab things like sinks, bathtubs, and other fixtures and structural components, and drag and drop them on screen.

What I remember is it was almost like The Sims, but more cartooney, and lower resolution. And I don't think it had people, or if it did they were just static, it seemed to be just building buildings. I really think this was for Windows 3.1x because his dad had a Gateway 2000 486 DX2 tower that we were running this on for the brief time I got to get a look at it (John's parents were really strict about TV and computer usage), and I vaguely recall this program being run in Windows 3.1 but I'm not 100% sure.

I've been scratching my head about this one on and off for years. Really wish I could find it. Seems like fun.

Hi, I used Virtous 3D (?).. It ran on Win 3.1 and supported 3D glasses (shutter type).
