I'm in the process of replacing the capacitors on my Yamaha card just to be safe. Couldn't find any resources on what kind of caps to look for, so I thought I'll be the first to chip in - this thread is for Yamaha YMF724 PCI card owners - to get the part list required to outfit your card with brand new caps, or to post the part list of your card. I know there are several dozens of revisions of this card, so please post as much info on your card to avoid wasting the time of people who look for this thread when looking for a part list. I'm not entirely sure what consitutes all the information necessary to pin down which card's yours, so, it's up to you folks. I'll try to do my best.

There are more capacitors on this board, but they are too small for me to make out all the details and I'm colorblind, so I can't really tell anything from the color code even if I remembered the capacitor color codes. The above list is that of only the chunky cylindrical electrolytic capacitors.
