As title states I am unable to get ISA cards detected while in the process of restoring/cobbling together my late father's Packard Bell. I have tried every slot used know working cards and I am getting nowhere. In a rare stroke of luck the barrel Batter is actually not popped and is still maintaining the bios information even when unplugged. But the only issue I have left is the Isa riser card, I don't know if that is bad or if it's the riser slot on the board. Would one of those Isa/PCI tester cards help in indicating if there is an issue, is this common? Any help would be appreciated!
