I am aroused about any X86 motherboard that has full functional ISA slot. I think i have problem. Not really into that original (Turbo) XT,286,386 and CGA/EGA stuff. So just a DOS nut.

I can only tell the card is ISA; can't tell what those two medium-sized ports are, as they are not common 3.5mm jacks or DB ports. BNC or RF connectors maybe?
You sure love photography: a Smena-8 and a Zenit-TTL, plus a Sony Handycam Digital-8 and probably a Canon SLR.

Those threaded jacks make it look bigger than regular 3.5mm, and I didn't know Gravis had a sound card with just two jacks until now.
The AK has the most value. I'd take that first.
