Hello,
im trying to run Vampire Masquerade Redemption on Power Mac G5 with Geforce FX 5200 Ultra and MacOS 10.4.11 (last with Classic MacOS support) here i have installed Classic MacOS 9.2.2

I was hard from the start:
1) First game needed OpenGL 1.2, on CD is some OpenGL installer, but is only MacOS 9.1 max., so i had to extract installer Tome files with Tome apps and after that i copied OpenGL32 files to Classic OS System\Extension .. but there are 20 files, im not really sure if need 20 of them, are some Ati files (but i have Nvidia, i dunno, how it working, its Ati emulated through Nvidia for Classic MacOS).. to make game execution only OpenGL32* files where need.

Here is list of files:

2) Game needs Java runtime 2.2, is not on CD so i have to download it and install separately.
3) Later i had problem to run game, i got error that game cd is not inserted, i used *.toast image, so i had to put physical CD inside, or lock image file before mounting through Toast 6 (yeah i have ancient version)

Now im stuck in menu, game is starting fine, but use New single player game option - game windows close itseft, when i try Multiplayer i got hard freeze, when game should switch from menu to game engine..
My guess would be some problem with Videodrivers or codecs, or maybe with Java incialization. There is not any error message or number.

My old Mac knowledge is small, so maybe someone with more knowledge could help me to debug it..

Maybe would be better try Classic MacOS 9.1, i read that it could be installed besides of 9.2.2, but i dont know how.. I tried to just copy System folder from install cd, but got message that is System for boot cd only..

BTW exist from Classic Mac OS backwards Games compatibility matrix, thread somewhere?
