With a triangle I'd think of something like Biostar, but as I recall they had always clear type registration.
Could it be some cheap obscure thing from an unknown even more obscure factory?

Definitely not Biostar. Logo aside (theirs was a triangle with a whirl around it, and before that an 'o' with a star in it), they relabeled their motherboard chipsets 'Bioteq' in the 486 era.
