if the built in Graphics is not good enough to run it because it is a bit choppy in Game and even in the menu and the specs are:
75Mhz Pentium
128MB Ram
512MB HDD and installed 2nd 10GB HDD as well
I don't know what the graphics is but know it is whatever came with it, which I beleive is the S3 Trio864

According to this, http://ps-2.kev009.com/pccbbs/commercial_desk … op/s30h1721.pdf , you have a TRIO 64 .

According to this, https://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/redneck-rampage/techinfo you have the minimal required specs and then some .

That said, I would not expect great performance at anything beyond 320x200 or so resolution . This is a Build engine, like Duke Nukem 3D and likely has similar characteristics, performance-wise .

This may help, if using a VESA video mode . http://www.mediafire.com/file/2it5n2iejkj/s3vbe318.zip source : VESA Fix Utility Listing (for old video cards)

The Trio 64 is limited to 32 by the VRAM, it may increase performance a little if you can source the appropriate RAM expansion, giving the Trio a full 64 bit RAM bandwidth - while it would certainly improve the Windows acceleration, it might lower the latency in DOS by reducing read / write contention

If it's using the Intel Morrison motherboard like my PC 350 (intel 430fx chipset) I overclock my P75 to P100 and even P133 just changing the switch block. It even runs Quake now not so bad at slightly higher res than VGA ( 400x300, 512x384)
The Onboard S3 on this motherboard has exceptional video quality, better than any discrete card (Matrox Millennium) I tried. Only downside with all these Pentium 1 systems is Fastvid/Mtrr doesn't work, you need a P2 or newer.
Other option to speed up the S3 Trio is running UNIVBE 6.7 . It boosted Vesa games I tried about 40%.
Also S3VBEFIX S3VBEFIX - PC\MS-DOS TSR fix for S3 VESA 2.0 video BIOS
It has a VESA banked modes booster - probably the best thing - works like S3SPDUP but doesn't require a VBE 2.0 bios.

128MB RAM could also set it back for cache reasons. I know RAM had been aggressively marketed in the late 90s to be the end-all speed booster (having seen 64MB OEM P75's myself in the wild in the early 2000s). Try reducing it to 64MB or 32MB if you can.

Also Redneck Rampage really demands to be played in 640x480 as a MINIMUM due to all of the hi-res artwork Xatrix did (the detailed text looks horrendous on 320x200). SETUP will audibly swear at you about going less than that, and that means something more of a p166+ class to handle it. It isn't typical build engine fare.

and finally, since 10gb's involved, it's most likely FAT32, and for that, smartdrv loading's very important for build engine games (if you're running under DOS). Build has some funny behavior with regards to disk cache and file systems...
