Alright. I've got the whole thing cleaned, test power supply added and all the cards removed (ex. video).
It booted right up, POST'd and went to NO OS. Mmmkay... I put my test drive in and booted again, right into Windows. Removed the Riva128 and put in GF2MX for testing. Working well so far, adding a ISA sound card.
Maybe the leaky caps kept it from booting? Maybe it was the 2008 PSU? Kinda wish I would've seen it's behavior before cleaning it up. I'll continue playing with it for now, see if anything happens.
