This appears to be JST PH 2.0 connector. As far as I know V3-3000 doesn’t use one and the fans installed are normally connected to the mb.

Thanks for your reply. Was actually referring to the heatsink fastening pins. Whether it fits snugly into the existing holes on a V3 3000.
