Maybe no more relevant, but you might know I have this card:
Re: Where to obtain 110 MHz RAMDAC for ARK1000VL graphics card? which had a STG1700
Card is non functional now, RAM and RAMDAC were removed, but in case you want to have the Bios, I can dump it.

Yes, could you dump the BIOS? It might be interesting to know if the BIOS for the PCI variant of the Diamond Stealth 32 had any provisions for RAMDAC's other than the STG1700 or STG1702.

Plan your life wisely, you'll be dead before you know it.

No problem.

That BIOS contains the same RAMDAC detection code. It contains a considerably older version number (1.02 instead of 2.15). The 2.15 BIOS offers an extra VESA mode on the STG1702 (0x115 which is 800x600 at 24bpp), while the 1.02 BIOS does not offer that mode at at the VESA interface all. Both BIOSes include support for the advanced hi-color support of the STG1702. It seems to support only the ICD2061A clock generator, so no support for PLCC68 RAMDACs with integrated clock synthesizer.
