This is a quite common and easy to find socket 3 mainboard, but I couldn´t find a howto for this so I did a little research and measuring myself.
Here are the jumper positions for a 4 x 40 MHz Am5x86WB configuration and the speedsys benchmark made with the original AMI BIOS from 1996.
The pull-up resistor has to be added manually - I couldn´t find any jumper anywhere for this job.
With an Award BIOS like the ones modded by Jan, the speedsys RAM throughput is about 36 instead of 47 - for whatever reason.
If someone has 32K or 64K cache populated, an alternative source for 5V for pull-up will be needed, because pin 1 of JP32 isn´t vacant in that case.
But, who runs an Am5x86 with such a tiny L2 cache nowadays...
