I have this funny full ISA card
DEICO DVGA-T 03764-01
FCC-ID: HA3 3DUDVG-T
Trident TVGA 8800cs chip
EGA/VGA combo card.
Tried my luck w. google, but no avail. Where can I find manual for this thing.
Only thing google gives is picture of similar card. Different chip and memory layout.

If no manual avail. anyone knows what type memory chips can be added to this card?

You don’t need a manual, you have RAM (in a different package) already on the board, so matching that in DIP shouldn’t be too hard.

I’d imagine that the similarly part numbered MT4067-10 would fit.

I’d imagine any 64K x4 100ns would work. You could even remove the sockets and simply duplicate the RAM already on the board (MT4067EJ-10) as the pads are there already. You could also buy sockets and replace the existing RAM to make your card look like the example you found.
