After consulting with the forum, I bought AWE64 (CT4520) from eBay.

My motherboard is an Intel SE440BX-2 and I have the latest BIOS version (P17-0024).

The sound card is not detected. I am using Windows98SE which should have built-in drivers for it, but unfortunately, it does not appear in the Device Manager.

What can I do? Are there any BIOS settings or jumpers I can adjust? I tried both ISA slots a couple of times and got nothing.

I added some pictures of the card, focusing on the capacitors. Please tell me if you think one of them has gone bad. I think I might be able to test it using my multimeter.

ISA contacts a dirty as hell!
Begin with active cleaning it using stationery eraser
They should be bright and shine)))

I cleaned the contacts with an eraser, compressed air, and 99% isopropyl alcohol.

Now the card is making "clicks" and a "static sound" through the speakers I have plugged in.
Sometimes it will prevent the computer from booting; other times it will boot, but the sound card is still not detected in Windows 98SE.
