I'm currently repairing 486 based laptop Chaplet Systems iLuFA, I think it's a clone of Mitac 4023 (from what I've seen on the internet they look very similar and there is "PWA-4023/M BD" marking on the motherboard) . Unfortunately the batteries leaked their acid on the PCB. During the cleaning process 74HC04 hex inverter IC fell off the board, its legs were very corroded and therefore very brittle. I've repaired some traces already and replaced above-mentioned 74HC04 IC near FDC37C651 super I/O.

I got it to the BIOS, but it isn't able to do anything past POST, I'm getting floppy and HDD controller errors (before this whole repair I was able to get Windows 3.11 working, so this controller did work).

I would love to bring this machine back to life. I tried searching service manual for this laptop, but with no luck. If anyone has archived this service manual and is willing to share it I would be very grateful!
