Hi. Restoring a Tandy 1400HD and the final problem is the lack of a backlight on the display. Pretty sure it's the transformer for the EL panel that's bad since I checked all the voltages going in but nothing is coming out of it to the display. Does anyone know of a replacement transformer for these?

The only markings on the external case is"E15B" and "98 IN". I removed the external casing and the only marking inside is "24B7" and "3" on the transformer. Not sure if these will help finding a replacement.
