Greetings. sorry if I am in the wrong topic. It's my first time here and from looking around this is the best place I found to post this.
Just today someone gave me this mini-ITX motherboard and I can't seem to be able to find any information on it. I googled almost every number that is on the motherboard but nothing came up. I got a few near matches but nothing that could be considered close. It is not very pretty or practical (since there are part numbers etc all over the board, literally ALL over) so I'm guessing it is not intended for the average consumer. The heatsink is not seated correctly because I removed it to clean it and I don't have any thermal paste atm.

Info I've gathered so far:
-- Previous owner says it needs 12V DC power supply.

most of them don't return any results with a google search but some do if you pair them with "motherboard"
Can anyone help me Identify or at least turn this motherboard on?
