Need help with Schneider Euro AT2

Good morning, I bought here in Portugal a Schneider Euro AT2. The Power Supply was not working (already fixed). But the Mainboard is not working. It had a huge battery damage but is fixed.
So:
I have no video output, and the bios gives me an beep Code that is for me hard to understand: 1-4-3 invalid PBC

Maybe someone has an Idea. Here are some pictures before repair:

What can I check? Does anywhere a bios file exist?
