I got a NVidia GeForce 6200 512 MB because it has DVI. After applying Rudolph R. Loew's patch it worked fine.

Except that boot splash screen always is flickering or twitching. Really unpleasant.

Any ideas about what's causing it and if it can be fixed? Motherboard is Acorp 6BX86, with Intel 440BX chipset. DVI connection.

I get this issue using a "modern" LCD display, it may just be a tad out of spec to the LCD. in my case if i go into the menu and choose to auto sync the monitor it works fine again until i get into windows and the frequency changers again.
