AGP ATI Radeon 4650 not posting

I have 2 AGP ATI Radeon 4650 (GYGABYTE GV-R465D2-1GI) and both of them just stopped being able to post on several motherboards ive tested and working before.
What could be the issue, is there any way to diagnose/fix the issue?
Boards ive tested that dont post that worked before but work with any other agp card ive tested:
ASUS P5S800-VM
Jetway P4MDUT
ECS P4S5A/DX+

This is the easiest issue to solve.
If not, it gets technical.
