I got this mainboard for parts, but after inspection I've decided to give it a chance 😉
Can somebody help with symbols of the missing parts ?

Has one massive heatsink and a smaller one.
Maybe asking one of the 2 owners (of posted pics) directly could be faster.

The 5-pin regulator is a "Sharp PQ7RV4", the 3-pin regulator is a "EZ1584CT" (1583CT would also do).

Looks like ECS took inspiration from the Intel Marl, but chose a smaller I/O chip freeing up space for an extra PCI slot. I like the second tag RAM socket, populate that and you can go up to 512MB RAM cached. Looks very comparable to the Asus XP55T2P4, including the lack of FSB speeds over 66MHz (unlke the P55T2P4 which goes up to 83MHz). Looks solid, but not great.

I would start by testing with single voltage CPU and wiring 3.3V from ATX socket directly to socket pins

The EZ1584CT actually is a clone of the Linear Technologies LT1584CT, and other voltage regulators including the "1584" number in its type number are likely equally valid substitutes.
