Seems to have all the same features based on a cursory look at retroweb, and looks compatible with my other parts. Unfortunately, the seller is away and has to refund me for the ASUS, and there aren't any others on ebay for less than 150 bucks. So I went for nforce2 and the BIOSTAR was comparably priced.

Here's the one I ordered:

Doesn't appear to have any SATA ports, but that shouldn't matter.

From what I gathered, the nForce chipset is a better choice for gaming.
