It happens with all games with dgvodoo that when 3d models are far they look like all squared with low resolution and when they approach is like the image refreshes and then they look fine, is there any option to make them look right all the time?

Probably part of the game.
Rare for it to be user configurable, but Iirc it was in quake and battlefield 1942.

I built:
Convert old ASUS ASC boardviews to KICAD PCB!
Re: A comprehensive guide to install and play MechWarrior 2 on new versions on Windows.
Dos+Windows 3.11+tcp+vbe_svga auto-install iso template
Script to backup Win9x\ME drivers from a working install

Is that the game you're running?
If it runs on a riva, why aren't you using directx?

🤣 no, back in the day, you were playing it on much smaller screen in much smaller resolution, therefore this LOD quality was much less noticeable as it is today

Really though, why are you using dgvoodoo for a directx game?

For Fifa99 i remember there was a launcher or setup exe in the game folder. By default it was in software rendering or something like that. But if you switched to DirectX/Direct3D rendering, the game looked much better. Are you sure that the game is in the right mode? Try it without dgVoodoo too if you have issues

Ain't dgvoodoo a d3d7-9 wrapper to d3d11-12? Like... it won't work for opengl games.
