Lol, funny that you're posting a batman's revenge board right after I posted about it. It's the infamous Dallas RTC chip, middle right. You will have to mod it as it's necessary for the board to function. You may have problems accessing the BIOS even after fixing the RTC because it holds a bogus time that makes the BIOS shit the bed. You can fix it by booting on a floppy with GSETUP.EXE which will allow you to set a proper time on the chip, then BIOS will be accessible.
EDIT - wrong ID, it's actually the Plato - https://theretroweb.com/motherboards/s/intel- … i-baby-at-plato but the layout is so identical! In any case, it's also a Dallas RTC that you'll have to mod or replace, that's for sure.
